User Access

ErgoPlus reserves the right to revoke user access in the following ways:

  1. In the event of a security incident, user access status can be changed to “Locked”.

  2. If a user’s account is past due or if the subscription has expired or cancelled, user access status will be changed to “Expired”.

  3. If a user breaches the ErgoPlus terms of service, user access status will be changed to “Disabled”.

ErgoPlus has short-lived access tokens and a user’s access status is checked upon refresh such that access can be quickly revoked.
