Root Cause Analysis

Written by Matt Middlesworth

Root Cause Analysis Overview

The Root Cause Analysis feature in ErgoPlus is designed to help you understand the underlying factors contributing to high ergonomic risk scores. By identifying the highest drivers of risk, this feature bridges the gap between conducting an ergonomic assessment and designing targeted improvement projects that reduce risk.

With the Root Cause Analysis tool, you can explore the specific risk drivers that lead to elevated risk scores. From there, the platform guides you through a 5-Whys Exercise to determine the root causes behind these risk factors. By asking "Why?" five times, you can uncover deeper insights into the true sources of ergonomic issues, allowing for more effective and sustainable solutions.
