That means you can invite as many members of your ergonomics team as you like, helping to ensure that everyone involved in the process is on the same page. Whether it’s safety professionals, ergonomists, engineers, or supervisors, having more people engaged in your ergonomics efforts makes the process more collaborative and sustainable over the long term.

Adding team members is quick and easy, and the more people you involve, the greater your chances of success. By sharing the responsibility and insights across your team, you’ll be able to identify risks, implement solutions, and track progress more effectively.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to invite new users to your ErgoPlus account, ensuring that your whole team is empowered to contribute to workplace safety.

Please note that email invites last only one week, so if team members do not accept within that timeframe, you will need to resent the invitation.
